IP/NAT Fix

I did that fix and people can connect now, but I can no longer access the WebAdmin page... any work-around for this?

...due to binding the Server to it's LAN IP ? Are you connecting to the webadmin by using the IP you've boundthe server too ?
I'd assume this should work ?
