R users are managing to mess up server.

A Resgistered user is able to change channel names and various other options on TS. This person has no SA powers, nor does he have channel admin. Please could someone let me know how this person is managing to mess around with settings and how it can be fixed. Is there a bug?

Go into your webadmin panel and open your eyes.

i Try'd to change some rules and press save.
it tells me that its ok , and saved SA rules.
then i go to CA rules , change some stuff, press save.
OK DONE , But it totaly removes the changes on SA.
so i can only change some on 1 rule page.
howcome ?

Use another browser (i think you have opera) or refresh the site manually.
Normally it works.

nope, it has nothing to do with my browser.
i try'd iexplorer, or netscape.
even try'd on other pc's , i have 5 of them on my network.
its will delete all settings of other rules wen i try to save 1 of them.
the checkmarks are not visible at all, Dos not matter witch browser you use.
i check a vieuw of them on SA , Saved it . then logout.
login again go back to SA page , and no checkmarks there.
Still the rules work.
But wen i save other rules , like CA or Registerd
Sa rules are deleted somehow again.
