TS Noobie

Hey everybody. Im a TS noobie. Me and my friend have been using roger wilco for the past year to talk to each other while playing City of Heroes. I hear TS has alot better voice quality and I want to try changing over to it. Can you help me get started. Tell me what I need to do, and any helpful tips would be appreciated. Thanks for your time :)

Also, I kind of want to have an Xbox live headset type of setup going. Where you can have your 5.1 surround sound system playing the game sounds, but you are using a mon headset for voice input and out put. Any suggestions on what headsets/type of headsets to buy and how to set it up with team speak?
