Need Help With Permissions !!!

I'm not understanding the permissions in my server settings. Is there a manual that defines what each permission is and what it does, for each category ? Is there a way to validate { } characters like this ? Thank you in advance !

you can allow {} in your server.ini file by removing them from the
DisAllowedClientNameChars=()[]{}

any permissions in genral you need help with ???? i sent you a pm reply for more help
