No one can hear me when I Talk!! HELP

My mic was fine one minute, when I was talking to my clanmates, and then I left and listened to sum music thru my mic/headset, and then when I was back on TS with my clan mates none of them could hear me at all, plz help!!

some programs have the nice behaviour to change your mixer settings. Check them allready to see if they got messed up ?
Does TS locale loopback mode still works / can you still record in the win wave recorder ?
