Alternative codecs not installed.

I'm running windows 2000 service pack 4. Problem is that I installed TS and it tells me other codecs I can't use. I have a TS server but I can't select a different codec to conserve bandwidth. Now is a server issue or my issue. thanks in advance.

well could you post the codec: that is not loading. i run a win 2000 pro sys with sp4 and i can look and see what i got and compare to your missing list ?
