Everyone hears me fine, but they all sound crappy to me.

Got this problem with TS, I have it running on my laptop, and 2 days ago for some reason TS just starts to act weird. When i talk everyone says i sound "perfect" but when they talk to me, they ALL sound really garbly. Their voices cut in and out and its hard for me to make out what they are saying. Any ideas? Im running:

Win XP Home
TS 2 (RC2_2032)

things I could imagine:

- sound driver update
- directx update
- tested wave or direct sound in TS ?
- set TS to high process prio
