Hi,

I am new to TeamSpeak and I have only been using the program for a few days now. Last night, I was using the TeamSpeak program when I was disconnected. I tried to reconnect and was able to do so, but all I could hear was a type of feedback through the headset and I couldn't use the microphone at all. I completely shut down my system and restarted it and loaded the TeamSpeak program. When I clicked on "Web Server List", I saw the message at the bottom of the window saying, "Getting Server List From Web" but then another message displayed saying, "Error Getting List". I completely uninstalled TeamSpeak from my system and reinstalled it but every time I try to connect to the Web Server List, I get the "Error Getting List" message.

I use Windows Xp, I have Norton Personal Firewall installed, and I connect through a router but I haven't had any problems connecting to TeamSpeak previously and I haven't changed any of the settings that should have effected the program in this manner.

I disabled the firewall thinking that might have been the problem but still received the "Error Getting List" message. Is there a chance that the server list is down? Any ideas?

I am getting the same message now also but my friends are on so i know the server must be up. I can connect to a Quick Connect address but i get no list at all. Same error.

My problem is really a bit harder, I can't connect to a Teamspeakserver anyway, and some of my friends too. Yesterday evening we were disced and couldn't reconnect. I thought the server was down and now i don't get a serverlist also. I have tryed many things... deinstall, reinstall, reboot etc. but nothing helps. I need help at this problem.

the master server could of been down at the time , if you have the ip to your server on paper you can enter the info and connect manually , i will assume the server was down becuse i tryed to update my list and it did not do any thing yesterday , it worked a min ago so retest

I was getting the same message from my TS Client. I couldnt locate a single server using "Update List". Got the same message.

Today NO Problems.

So, I assume your problem and mine was the TS server was down.
