Help, had to reload now won't work :-(

I am unable to connect to teamspeak. The "connect" button under web server list is not highlighted and it won't allow my to push/select "connect" to update/connect to the servers. HELP, can't figure this one out.

don't understand this one but if it helps anyone else out. When starting Teamspeak it would show me as disconnected on the bottem left. I would go to pull up the webserver list and the "connect" button was not highlighted...... meaning I could not click the connect button, thus not allowing me to connect.
I went to "Change Filter" tab and just happened to click on "Country Filter" option (even though it was already set to 'show all') and as soon as I did that it connected me and pulled up all the servers. Go figure??? Maybe this will help someone else.
