Very odd looping problem

Here is what happens. I have the mic, mic 2, what U hear, everything muted or disabled in the playback part. Works great if I am the only person talking. But as soon as someone else starts talking at the same time, all I get is my own voice sent back at me through my speakers (completely drowning out the other people). Now, I had the person turn his sound off completely, and it still happens. It is almost like the full duplex is not working completely. HELP!! at a loss...... the other persons seems to work fine.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated

Have you tried setting it to another setting other than "What you hear"?
