Funny Background Noise Like A Fan

Everytime I am in teamspeak i am told i have a funny fan like noise everytime i talk. I use the push to talk button, and have tried a low and high codec. This problem follows me when i record my voice but the weird thing is, the fan noise is not there on msn. Please help me ive been dealing with this problem for ova a year and have tried many different mics.

look in your operating systems sound propertys , in the recording to see if the "what you hear" is checked

This could also be due to a cheap microphone. Older style mics use a condenser and the condenser often made a fan whirring type noise.

It isnt the mic..ive had ones that have been $100.00 and ones that are $20.00

I bought a new sound card but havent installed it..ill tell ya if it works
