They can hear my game when I speak

Other people can hear my game when I speak. I am not using the speakers I am using headphones. I am not sure what to try.

Thanks That Fixed It, I Did Not Realize If You Clicked On The Volume Button It Would Bring Up More Than Just The Volume. It Works Fine Now. :)
