Secured server ?

Hi,
My srcipts written in Visual Basic and also PHP scripts working well with all TS servers. But there is one server which is not queried well. That host worked well before but I think that admins did something and now querying is not possible - how they do that? Server is listed on Webserver List and TS client can join in. How it is possible that query doesn't work but TS client do?
Tell me how to query that server - maybe I should use TS Master Server (I do not know IP address) or TSremote.dll functions ?? Please help me.

Could you give a little better description, or perhaps post some of your query code for the php source.

As I said all others TS servers replies to me. Software i am using is php and also visual basic (two different ways) - i have a problem with connect only this one server with both software.
Please try to query this one server and tell me if it works...
