connection time out problem

i have had teamspeak awhile,but for some reason today after about 15minutes on teamspeak i get a connection timed out.this is very strange because i have had no problems with teamspeak till now.plz help.thank you

have you tryed debug mode ?

yea tried the debug mode but still same result.

if it only happends once => unstable connection
can happend from time to time

ok this is the error message i get --couldnt connect to server.a connection attempt failed because the connected party did not respond after a period of time,or established connection failed because connection host has failed to respond (10060).--now i have contacted sprint they say everything is ok on their end.it will stay connected for about 10 to 15 minutes then disconnects.game still plays but i lose ts.
