 I know posted below sry about this but, is 98SE able to work with this program, I have had it work before but it just quit, now it just doesnt even try to load it freezes my computer before the screen even loads, or is there something I need to change to help me get it loaded?
yes it works with 98 .
if your pc is acting up scan it for virus's at mcafee's or nortons web site with there remote scan , dont bother if you got 56-K it would take way tooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long to do lol
freezes are ofte caused by bad drivers. Especially USB, sound, grafic drivers have been reported to cause this behaviour. I'd look for an update for all of them
Deleted you other threads, do NOT start more then one about the same problem !

I have the latest Direct X, the 9.0. I have check all of my drivers and all are up to date, I recently did all that this past week when I got a new graphics card put in, so I went through and updated what needed it, what else should I check, I only know the basics of it really, so any details that can be given would help, also I was flipping through the posts here and someone that was having the same problem, someone suggested that he erase a hidden file named Teamspeak.conf, could this be it and where or how can I find it?

Uhhh... that's a dark, a very dark seacret you're talking about !
Actually you need an IQ higher than 60 to be able to find this file :p Three hints for you for free, are you ready ?
1) the file is hidden
2) the file is not in your TS folder
3) Win has a built in search function for files
*to be honest, I haven't played with that ancient piece of code called win98 that long ago that I can't tell you exactly where TS stores this file*
Still, I doubt this will help in your case.
Freezes: 99.9 % a driver issue. Have you really updated ALL (Sound driver, USB drivers, IDE drivers,...) your drivers ? I ask again cause most people do not know that they have something like USB, IDE,... drivers and forget about them.
