Timing Out

Greetings,

I bought a 25 user license for my win2000 server and I have maybe 10 guys on it. I registered them all in the user admin interface. All of them experience timing out after maybe 10 minutes. They say I disappear but I see them in the user list and they keep saying wind are you there? and then poof they are gone. What is going on? Why after I bought a user license does my client not recognize the server as a licensed entity

We did a test of all our machines and found that TS was not automatically added to the XP firewall. This has to be done manually and should correct the issue..
