How do you register users?

I have set up a server and would like people to be able to connect, but I am not sure how to register them.

Also when people talk some of them are difficult to hear.

players can connect to a server with out being registered , enless the server is passworded . then they need the password , or they need to be a registered user to get in .

once a player is in server and you think he/she needs to be registered - rigth click there name and hit the "allow registeration" . you should go to the web admin and look and see what powers you are handing out befor blindly registering players ...

also while in webadmin i would uncheck the privalage grant SA from the server admins rights , so you can't be tricked into handing out SA to a stranger and get your self banned form your own server

for those that are hard to hear have them go to there mixer/ sound propertys and check the mic booster . and /or there output levels
