Voice communication issues with CS: Source

I use TS while playing CS:Source and I've found that CS:Source also has its own separate type of voice communication. Whenever I play this game and try to talk people cannot hear me or I cannot hear other people on teamspeak. When I am able to hear them thier sentences are broken up and choppy and I was wondering if I dont have enough bandwidth?

I have tryed disabling the CS voice communication so teamspeak would work better but it seems this does not work. Does anyone know of a way this can be resolved? :confused:

with win2k it seems that it is not possible to use 2 voice toosl at the same time. Win XP seem to be capable.
Could be that using both voice tools causes problems on your sound card (hope you have not onboard which is known for bad quality) or your bandwidth is not big enough ?

- tried wave / direct sound in TS ?
- set TS to high process prio ?

in ts set it to high process priority in the settings tab / other , and retest this has worked for a few . please post either way , so we have a test base to go from
