Admin/SuperAdmin accounts?

i have lost my information on the admin and superadmin names and passwords, where do i find this stuff out again? where do i send in a ticket? i need to make some admin changes and cant :confused:

if you have access to the server.dbs, open this file with a text editor. Passwords are in plain text. Else contact your hoster

thanks i got the information from my hosting company instead, is that another violation, i amsweared it kinda late, but its always worked never had problems before
