can't open administration page

Hello everyone!!(first post:))
I started running a ts server and everything works ok
other people can connect to my server etc.
however i am not able to open the administration webpage
(it says it can't find the page)
by rightclicking on the tray icon and then left click on administration.
I have opened port 14534 tcp in my firewall...
Any idea what would cause the problem?
