the (current) TS protocoll limits the banlist size to I belive 20 entries. If you can't set a server password (which is the preferable way), you should consider using your firewall to add more unwanted IP's. Usually firewalls offer to band a lot more IP's

I can't :D (I'm not a DEV)
but it has been suggested aleady MANY MANY times, so I guess... they'll do something.

so far, use your firewall, that solutions istn't that bad ?

its indeed not bad idea, if i could do that :P

there is no ban option by my firewall, so i still suggest, let us allow more bans :P

your firewall does not allow you to block sepcific IP's (of course it's not called "ban" in the firewall settings) ?
that sounds as if your firewall is missing one of the very important features a so called firewall should have ?

ok, I see....

=> http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/home-router-howto.xml (use IP tables :D

Uhhh... I forgot to add, you know that you can (should be able) to ban IP ranges by using wildcards ? If you have several people from one range you do not want on your server... this might be helpfull (search for "ban range" or something similar in the forum)
