Today's linux client release will crash when you edit or add channels. The error message was posted on the thread that announced the new release.

set up my whole server via linux client, no errors, no problems. nothing.

And your server and client versions are the absolute latest release both?

Try and create channels on my server at jammet.dyndns.org ... with a linux(!) client. If that works,..

this problem can be worked around by not disabling any codecs on the server. Ill fix the client for the next release/ patch
