i have read the manuals for the ts server but i would like to know how to make my server a passworded server.
i have used my admin to login and i even clicked on the administration box on the icon at the bottom of the screen, however the link it takes me to is not working. i would like to know if i can change my server to a clan server.
i have read the tutorial and i have read the faq
i would really like to password my server.

then you should make this link working. The webinterface is the place for you to change your server into a clan server and to set a password.

Since you didn't try hard to give an exact problem description, I'll simply forward you to the search function. Webinterface login probs are quite common (thanx to uncountable cookie / popup blocker tools,....e.g. check here: http://forum.goteamspeak.com/showthread.php?t=14847).
The server manual also contains an example link to gain access to your webinterface.
