ts server problems

i started a Ts server and no one can connect to it. What should i do to make it work? The server i can see is on the main list but when i try to connect it says
No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it
i can connect to it by LAN but not by internet.

This has been discusse a trillion times. Check Firewall, check NAT , check Portforwarding
