How to link to a ts2-server?

i want to create an button on my homepage, which leads directly on my ts2-server.

I know, that this is possible, but I have no idea how to do this.

my first suggestion was to make something like "teamspeak://ip" but this doesn´t work :\

so, please help me and tell me what i have to type :-)

this is that what i typed in my first post "teamspeak://ip(:port)"

but it doesn´t work :(
