Make sure you're having the recording source set to Microphone or Microphone 2 (Depending which port you have the mic in) Check the Volume Control for it and put it on Recording. This should be in the FAQ as well.

I have a Realtek acl860 based built-in 5.1 Soundcard.

Where should I check the microphone or microphone 2 setting, In the settings of the TS client or windows Sound properties ?

In the windows volume control.

In the tab Sound of the "sound and audio devices", the properties of recording I can choose Default device 1) Realtek HD rear Input, 2) Realtek HD Front Pink Jack 3) Realtek HD Front Green Jack, which one is microphone or microphone 2 ?
Current setting Realtek HD rear input.

The front jacks are not connected since theres no front audio panel on my computer chassi.
