Headset + echoes

Hi!

All of us have Headset for TS. The problem is when someone talks, there's echo coming from others users, example:

( ) Fr!zZz
(o) n0L!F3 talks
( ) swiffer
( ) wesgui

Then we will hear the echoes of what n0L|F3 said by another user:

(o) Fr!zZz repeat what n0L!F3 just said continously...
( ) n0L!F3
( ) swiffer
( ) wesgui

If 2 players talks simultanously, then we will get the echoes of both users at the same time by another user:

( ) Fr!zZz
( ) n0L!F3
(o) swiffer talks
(o) wesgui talks too

then:

(o) Fr!zZz repeat all that have been said...
( ) n0L!F3
( ) swiffer
( ) wesgui

I made a .wav for example:
Echoes.wav (http://junk1.iso-clan.com:666/junk/Fr!zZz/echoes.wav)
French talking, don't worry :P

This happens only when we are on "voice activation"

"Push to talk" = ok

but we would prefer to not use "push to talk"
