Please help with channel Admin

I had to reformat my computer and now I cant give anyone channel admin rights or anything else. I am the server host and I cant even register with the server!!! This is getting frustrating!!! We cant do anything with this channel but sign in and talk. Someone please Help me with this problem!! :confused:

you need to make sure that you are logging into the server registered.... However, if the machine that you reformatted is the machine running the server, then the database was lost, and you need to start from scratch... install the server app, and copy down the superadmin and admin passwords.... if you didnt copy them down, take a look in your server.log file, they will be there near the top :)

I did reinstall all the information and i can get into the superadmin and admin log in pages but forgot what I had to do last time to allow everyone to register and give people channel admin rights please help :(
