Error messages

Hi, I've installed teamspeak 2 client 2.0.32.60 for windows. My friends have given me a server address and password but whenever I try to connect to their server I recieve 2 alternating error messages:

"Bad login name or password wrong" and "undefined internal error"

I know my connection settings are correct, what should I do?

make sure your filling out the correct lines when you connect there is a user name / password and checking the anonymous box gives you the server password box to fill out verses the registered check box that has if your regisrered ! your user name / password combo goes there
