I opened TS today and it said it had a virus and after I tried to repair it I couldn't use it anymore. So....I uninstalled it from my add/remove programs and redownloaded it from the main site. Now when I try to install it my virus protection tells me it has a virus in it. Any ideas?

Oh and I've been using TS for over a year so it's not new on my comp or to my virus protection program.

Try Turning Off Your Virus Protection Then Reinstalling Team Speak, Then Turn It Bak On, If That Dont Work, Then Sorry M8

Have you done a forum search (e.g. see here (http://forum.goteamspeak.com/showthread.php?t=20740&highlight=trojan) ) ?
In the past several GENERIC virus / trojan signatures have caused FALSE alarm. If you downloaded TS from the official page here, there is 99.999999% no virus or trojan within this file => your virus program is telling bull****

There seems to be a new virus string that is prompting AV programs to once again give false positives.

Please be aware that if your AV program pops up listing keypress.dll as infected, its a false positive. You can report it to your AV company. The best work around is to set your TeamSpeak directory to be excluded from live/active scanning.

You may need to reinstall TS after your first false positive, but you may also be able to retrieve the file from your AV's Quarantine.

As always... STF! (STF = Search The Forum)
This has already been covered extensively. :p

Hope this helps!
