Mic problem with TS2

Hi guys,
when i try to speech with TS in both mode (activation or ptt mode) a noise is available and my voice isn't clear. Otherwise when i try to run test hardware for mic , voice is ok. Usually i use CELP 5.1 in TS, i tried also to uninstall TS and reinstall again with no result :( May be i must also reinstall CELP codecs? If it's so where i could download it ? Any suggest ?

that codec is the bottom of the codces try gsm 16.4 it is clear on our ts if the server is not yours ask admin to change it to a better one then is being used
