I have been using TS for over a year now with no problems. However, today I had a problem start that I don't know how to fix. I was playing COD UO and had TS running in the background. I use Q3E to minimize the game. During game play I reduced the game to access TS and it was gone. I was still talking and the icon was in the system tray but I could not find it on my desktop. So. I rebooted my system and tried to start TS again. No good. Now when I try to start TS it appears in the system tray but nowhere else. I can right click on the TS system tray icon and I have the options to Connect, Quick Connect, See, Hide, and Quit. Quit is the only option that does anything. I tried re-installing TS three times to no avail. I need HELP!! I just remembered, I was running XFire at the same time that all of this started. PLEASE HELP!!

Well..I fixed it. Not really but I got around the problem. After uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting, cheanging, backingup, cursing, drinking, unplugging, etc...I finally just reinstalled WinXP. Bingo. After putting EVERYTHING back the way I had it TS worked without a hitch. I must have screwed some XP file that started the whole problem. ???

I have the same problem but really do not want to resinstall Windows XP.

Can someone please help me shed some light on this subject?

the search function in conjunction with the term "Teamspeak.conf" will solve your problem. Answered quite often, a winXP reinstallation will be most surely not necessary
