n00b question about Push-To-Talk

I'm having a problem finding where to set my push-to-talk key. Is it under keybindings? Is it a true push-to-talk feature or should I bind a key to toggle the mute microphone function?

Sorry if the answer is obvious. During search I found a lot of references to "push to talk" but none spelled it out clearly enough for me to understand.
