Need Help with a connecting problem

To all who are wiser then me,
I have got a new computer and i cant figure out why my teamspeak2 client will not connect to my clan server. I am behind a network at my college but i dont think that effects this, for others use teamspeak without incident. Whenever i try to login to the server it always says these two messages.


[01:13:32] Undefined internal error

01:21:50] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

These messages keep coming up and i have tried everything i know, such as disabeling my xp windows firewall, trying debug, and a few other tricks. If anyone can offer any advice i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks Yall, God Bless.

can you ping the servers ip ? if so try ts again , if no try a few diferant servers in the server list look for servers on diferant port #'s . ask someone in your schools network dept. if there blocking ports ts uses .... your school my block some ports ?

I am going to ask the computer admins at my school about that today. I also think its weird that I can log onto the Production Release Test Servers Public Server 1 and it works. Would that mean that only the port i am trying to get into is blocked?

I will keep asking questions and thanks for the advice. :)
