Just a thought....

The ability to create volume proifiles of users on a specific server would be a tremendous feature. Some of my friends, for instance, use a monitor mounted microphone while others, like me, upgrade to very powerful head-mounted microphones. However, this creates many different volume levels and a way "equalize" their volumes would be indispensible.

This would be an awesome feature and would serve your company well.

What it seems to me you want is indifividualized volume adjustment of other users. There are a lot of complications involved.

It is really not that hard to simply spend a little time when someone new gets on TS to get their volume set to the right level. It is a bit of a pain in the rear but it usually only need be done once per player. It helps a lot to have them set themselves up using the local testmode in the settings->sound input/output settings - dialog.

Setting up keybinds to allow you to increase or decrease the TS volume also can be helpful.
