It would be useful to be able to flag users to isolate an individual or group of individuals so they were the only ones you could hear. It would also be nice to be able to flag users to be recorded. This should work even if you are not in the same channel as the flagged user.
It would allow us to isolate and document a person using unacceptable language or otherwise misbehaving (making real-life threats, inapproprate behavior towards minors, etc...).
Right now one of the big arguments against providing TS services by some game makers is that there is no way to enforce langauge control or monitor for other mis-behavior.
