Running a TS server of ur PC

Hi, i once had a friend who claimed to be running a TS off his own PC, i was wondering if this was posible, if so how ? :)

ive tried this, and when i give my IP out to friends, they say they cant connect, i have a router could this be a problem ?

Yes, it probably is. You need to forward port 8767 UDP to your server machine.

also could you give me a step by step list of how to make my own

i downloaded the TS server client what do i do from there ?
