Is my soundcard old??

Hello, if i start TS first and then counter-strike i cant here anything in cs. If i start cs first the TS dont work. I am wondering if my soundcard is too old for this?? My sound card is: SB AudioPCI 128 record. <--- i think thats the sound card :confused: Now im wondering if my souncard is too old for this??

did you try to put ts in "high priority" settings tab/ other/ process priority / set to high , then retest ....
