my friend has a problem

my friend has a problem when he try to onep teamspeak he gets this

Exception EReadError i module TEAMSPEAK.EXE at 00019F0F. Error reading reMessages.Lines.Strings: RichEdit line insertion error.

how can he fix this problem? (i couldnt find anything anywhere on the forums for it)
he has windows xp and ts2 client
