No Login Window

I set up and have had TS working over the net & LAN before with no problems.

But now when i right click tray icon & click admin nothing happens?
Basically I can't get to a login window for admin purposes :rolleyes:

Windows Firewall is unblocked
Router is port frowarded

a browser window should open ? If it doesn't, open up your browser and connect to the Link provided in the server manual.
