Dig up that 486 in your basment, load TS on it, connect to server. Load winamp, connect to stream. Set your computer's recording device to Wave, Master, or "What You Hear"

Tell TS PTT to Voice Activated.

Your done! To stop the stream, kick the 486 :D

How does one set my computers recording device to Wave, Master, or "What You Hear"? I looked everywhere and can't find anything like that.

Can someone explain this process in more detail? I'm with the OP, want to shoutcast my TS but the TS server is running on Linux. Thanks!

I would like this process explained for windows. I was told you needed two sound cards??? Which would mean I would have to buy and external one for this laptop

You do not need two PCs to do that, lol you can do it all on the same PC. Click on the start button and then click on log off and then click on switch user to log on in a different name. And then run winamp . I have something like that running on my PC already (I have two sound cards on my PC but I don't need it I think). ome see for yourself on my team speak Caribbean Cafe (teamspeak://CaribbeanCafe.getmyip.com)
