Problem with breaking up

Hello, over the past two days when i run TS with another program (games ect...) and TS is running in the background all sound (incoming/outgoing via TS) is all broken up. If i minumize the other program TS sound is fine. But as soon as i go back to the other program, all sound in TS comes through broken up. No one else is having this problem on the server im on but me. Like i said its only been the past two days, prior to that TS ran fine. I havnt made and changes to my puter except an update on my vid driver.
