Join/Part Notifications

New TS user here - finally got the TSS RC2 running on my Linux Server with MySQL support... after 7 months ;)

I am still running Ventrilo and am comparing the two. One feature from Ventrilo is the Text-to-Speech notifications when "User has joined the channel" happens. Typically using voice comms you're in a full-screen game and you don't want to alt+tab to see who has joined. If you have several users without a mic and two join at the same time, how are you to know who is who?

Is there any such feature in Teamspeak or is this a +1 for Ventrilo?
