My sound is mest.

When ever i join a ts channel and someone starts to talk its all mest up. like the person talking voice skips and the person who says "Joined channel" or "left channel" is like that as well

so whats the matter i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice.

In your TS client, go to settings, sounds and choose direct. If that doesn't help try wave. Experiment. Also, do a search on these forums for sound problems. You will get a ton of info.
