I've posted a few threads on what my problem is, but i cant seem to get an answer that works.

FYI:
* I have windows XP
* I have a Gigafast EE400-R router
* I'm a client and not a host

Problems with my TS:
* I can log in, but i can't see the green button light up when someone speaks
* I cant hear anyone
* I can only switch to one channel and no other after that
* Disconnects me every now and then

I really don't know what the problem is, but if anyone can offer some helpful information it would be very appreciated.

does this happends on several TS server or only on a specific one ? IF unsure, test several servers, e.g. the public servers.

also just thought of this today try setting the ports in ur router to accept TS. also are you on the DMZ because if you are u should be fine but go onto the DMZ and set the permissions of programs to be used in conjunction with the router i had to do tht before for all my games i play online with mine, until i got a hub much better than a router lets everything in and out

he is a client not a host setting DMZ will only open all the ports to 1 lan ip witch is a big security risk !!!!! and as a client dont need any ports to connect to a server this is a wast of time as well ... if the client casn't connect it's a server side issue of the client has a firewall blocking out bound applacation conection
