It's the memory card reader from an xbox Action Replay with the xbox live headset adaptor. The headset it the Halo2 Edition xbox live headset. I use the XBCD card reader and Audio Drivers, and it works great.
It's nice because i can still use my 5.1 surround without the annoying talking over the speakers.
