Cant see users in channel

Hello. I have problem with see users in channels.
I have Windows version of TS server and there i can see users in other channels.
But in Linux version on new server i cant see users on other channels. I try log in server as admin but problem is still.
I can see users only in channels where i am. No other users i see.
Can i dissable this funkcion on TS LINUX SERVER or what i must doo ? PLS HELP :rolleyes:
