Transfer my TS server from my home pc to a fixed server!!

Well I have currently a TS server running on my computer, but due to the to heave upload usage, I bought myself a server that will host it.

I would like to transfer my current TS room to that server without losing the channels and members, is that possible? If so, could you help me with how to do that?

copy your good servers files to the new server files needed are
server.ini server.dbs & server.log
