other superadmin cant login

i just set up a TS server on my computer which i am hopeing to switch to a dedicated server that one of my buddies had. i added a superadmin for him to log in so he can also edit it, but he cannot login to mine. he downloaded the TS server but it created his own and thats all he can do. i tried giving him the user name and pw i use and also the superadmin and pw that i got when i set it up. if anyone can and is willing to help me you can reply or contact me at deathbyme505******.com

you have to allow web access in the web admin and if your behind a router you need to set port fowarding for port 14534 if remember after all the beer i just drank tonite ? lol

To log into the web admin on a remote server simply open up a web browser and in the address field type <ip of server>:14534

That's telling the browser to go to that ip address (which is the location of the server) and through that port (which is what the webadmin uses)
