My TS acts very weird.

I can connect to most servers just fine, but sometime I have to try it 30x or 40x times.

The log states the following:
12-04-05 17:34:27,908,ERROR,ProcedureInfo,Client Open,Exception: Timeout on recv LoginStep2 wait
12-04-05 17:34:27,1484,WARNING,All,procedure TDICallBack.execute,"The operation had no effect." or "The device buffer overflowed and some input was lost." or "The device exists but is not currently attached." or "The change in device properties had no effect.

I have no idea what this is about.

unfortunately I cant connect to my clan server.....

I have tried Debug-Mode, and probably all possible checkboxes TS has to offer.

What really amazes me is that I am able to get a connection sometimes. Thus Firewall setting and all the other stuff seems fine. (I mean they wouldnt let you in/out if you only asked often enough, would they  )

But I still cannot connect at once.

I suspect my Internet provider to be the problem or the TS-Server itself, which i havve no influence on.

But I can connect to any server from my WEBSERVER list just fine, but I cant find my clan server in that list (tried many different filter settings)

I am clueless

the actual client seems to be a bit timeout sensitive. So if your connection is not very stable, you might get timeouts.
the only thing I could guess at the moment is to try an older client version. Serveral people reported that they are less timeout sensitive (I can confirm this in one situation I've experienced myself). Old clients are available on the download ftp server. Sry I can't remember which version I tested, but I guess its' the one just before 32.60.

I have tried that too. no effect?

May my provider be the reason for my prob?

do you have a router? I get the same errors when I'm behind a router
